Groves police response report: May 6-12

Groves Police responded to the following calls from May 6-12:

May 6

  • Theft of a trash can was reported in the 4400 block of Lincoln.
  • An assault and criminal mischief were reported in the 2700 block of Third.
  • A 46-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 4900 block of Myrtle Beach.

May 7

  • An identity theft report was completed in the 5400 block of Main.
  • A 25-year-old man was arrested in the 3200 block of Boyd for outside agency warrants.

May 8

  • A criminal trespass warning was issued in the 5300 block of Gulf.

May 9

  • Credit/debit card abuse and a theft was reported in the 5000 block of Twin City Highway.
  • Theft of motor vehicle parts was reported in the 6900 block of Howe.
  • A criminal trespass warning was issued and a report for assault and terroristic threats was completed in the 3800 block of Doyle.
  • A criminal trespass warning was issued in the 4700 block of Twin City Highway.
  • A criminal trespass warning was issued in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive.
  • A 30-year-old man was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 2500 block of Crescent Ave.

May 10

  • A report for aggravated assault and a criminal trespass warning was issued in the 2700 block of Second Avenue.
  • Aggravated assault was reported in the 3300 block of East Parkway.
  • A criminal trespass warning was issued in the 3900 block of FM 366.
  • A 56-year-old woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 7100 block of Terrell.

May 11

  • An information report was completed.
  • A report for a noise disturbance was completed in the 6300 block of 32nd Street.
  • An information report was completed in the 6300 block of Verde.
  • A 55-year-old woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 3000 Main Avenue.

May 12

  • Criminal mischief was reported in the 5000 block of 34th Street.
  • Harassment was reported in the 5300 block of Park.
  • An Information report was completed in the 4100 block of Main.
  • A theft was reported in the 4400 block of Boyd.
  • A 25-year-old man was arrested for other agency warrants in the 3900 block of West Texas 73.
